Juan Paolo Legaspi is a dynamic leader in healthcare reform and public health innovation. He has extensive experience in guiding major health system transformations across Australia. This includes addressing issues ranging from health system funding models, workforce policy and new infrastructure requirements. He is best known for his proactive approach to public policy that has guided State governments and healthcare services to find innovative solutions to complex system challenges across health, aged care and disability sectors. With a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration Juan Paolo has developed an expertise in systems thinking and data-driven public policy. He promotes an equitable and broadly accessible health system as a co-founder of Fractal Healthcare Studio, to create new services through design-driven principles, offering an integrated approach to physical, mental, and wellness care.‍

Tarun has worked as psychiatrist in both the UK and Australia and is a Professor of Psychiatry at Flinders University and Adjunct Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Monash University. He was appointed the SA Health Executive Director of Mental Health Strategy between 2015-2018 and as a Clinical Director between 2010-2014. He is a Clinical analytics advisor for the SA Department of Health and Wellbeing. He has utilised an evidence-based approach to policy and strategy, integrating clinical research and informatics with his executive leadership roles.‍

Roger is a highly experienced commercialisation and investment strategist with nearly 20 years of expertise in technology evaluation, spinouts, project management, capital raising, deal structuring, corporate strategy, and investment management. He has a deep understanding of health, life sciences, intellectual property management, and research translation, helping to bridge the gap between cutting-edge scientific discoveries and real-world healthcare solutions. Roger honed his skills in patents, licensing, and technology evaluation at the Swiss biopharmaceutical company Serono (later acquired by Merck). His academic background includes a PhD in biochemistry, post-doctoral research in immunology, and postgraduate studies in intellectual property law.
